Note: About Friends of Fresh and Green Academy, Inc: A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by flight attendants to ensure the continuation and success of Fresh and Green Academy, a school for disadvantaged children in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Academy’s 205 students are provided with three daily meals, a well-rounded education, and clean water. The foundation also supports the “Mothers Cooperative,” an on-site program, that provides personal empowerment for the students’ mothers by helping them earn their own money, learn new skills, and provide for their families’ future.
